  • Don't fill out the online appointment form on their website. You will end up getting a ton of spam mail. I can't get it to stop. I was in and out, they didn't do what I wanted. Prescribed me some antibiotics and told me if that doesn't work come back in 3 days (so another $100). We will see if the antibiotics take care of it.
