Consistently excellent. Salads: crisp. Olive oil: new and green not old and yellow. Red sauce tastes like tomatoes, sweet but not sugary. Pasta: al dente. Filet mignon: tender but firm and grilled with slight -crust outside; I ordered medium and received what I ordered. Branzino - flaky and flavorful. Refills on water and bread without asking. The wine list complements the food well. The restaurant is large but not cavernous and the husband/wife/servers make us feel like our table is in a dining room not a restaurant. Because we travel extensively, we eat out often and Gaetano's ranks at the top of our list for Italian food.
