  • I'm happy with the tint they applied to my vehicle but, in the process of them cleaning the back windshield with a razor blade, they left several scratches in the glass with 2 being very deep. Before they begin working, walk around with them and check if there's any existing damage. Do the same after they're done. They tried to blame the scratches on dirt and sand traped by the rear wipers. If the scratches were caused by that, they would be long, following the path of the wipers. These were short, the same width of the blades they used and they were random all over the place. Even on parts of the glass the wipers could not reach.
