  • Sadly, i was treated quite rudely on the phone when attempting to book. I had an appt but rescheduled. The date i rescheduled for ended up not working so i called to reschedule again, about a week before the actual appt date. Her schedule was so tight for what they are calling a new patient although i had seen her but admittedly it had been many years. So i ended up cancelling because i could not plan a month out. I tried the following month to schedule regular checkup, since my schedule had calmed down by then. I was told that the new office policy is after 2 cancelled appts they WONT rebook you. I had given sufficient advance both times and think that kind of policy is ridiculous but glad to see the rudeness upfront. I'll go to Rob Toledo, whose staff is very nice and very accommodating!
