rev:text	I'm totally not happy with my visit at this discount tire location.i came December 1 to changed my passenger side tire.told them to balence all 4 tires . And it shows on my receipt too paid total $ 150.04 After 45 min the gentlemen told me it's done. I asked him if they did balance 4 of the tires or just 1 of them. He said just 1. So I told him I told the sales guy I want them to balance 4 tires not just 1.the gentlemen looked at the receipt and answered :"oh yeah,they balanced all 4 " I said no , because I was standing by the window all the time.and I only saw the guy did balence one ! After I said that he oppligized to me and took my car back to balanced 4. Couple days later I came back to this store because my car is shaking while am doing 60 mile on the free way. They took it back to balanced again about 20min later they came out told me something about there is a half inch apart but they fixed . I was very happy about it . As I drove away I noticed that my car shaking even worse. So I came back again the day after . They checked my car and told me another story about my wheel is bend a little that's why the car is shaking. At that point I was really confuse because no one told me anything the day before. But I was still ok with it because they fix it ! The next day I noticed that my cap is missing on my ring. That made me upset I came back to this discount tire again to ask them about this . The answer I got from them it's all different. One guys says it was missing since the first time come , the other guy said they put back the Screw means when I drive it the wind blowed away ! My question is if it was missing since the first time I came to this store , no one has said anything about it and it was not show on my receipt either ! I asked the guy and he answered :" oh no one said anything ? I don't know " The manager is don't even wanna come out and solve this problem. Horrible customer service at this discount tire . I have been going to 75& arrowhead and frank r wright &Scottsdale. I have never been treated like this before ! I am not just a crazy woman who wants to take advantage of this place. If the cab was missing they should told me the first time when I came.the fact is I think they breaked the cab somehow and they did not tell me about it put it back on. When I drive on the hwy. wind blowed away !! But anyways, the manager was act like he did not see me did not come to me saying one word when the other guy mentioned wait to his manager come talk to me ! This discount tire is a joke and I would never come back again ! Now I have to deal with all the hassle to trying to find the cab ! Because I was told they are discontinued to make this one !
