  • On January 29th we bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rob Defenderfer. He was great. However, the Jeep had a mechanical issue and we had to bring it back for repairs. They repaired the Jeep and all was fine. Then a couple weeks later I get an email from CarFax that the vehicle was serviced there on some day (that didn't happen) and it showed more miles than the Jeep had. A month later it still doesn't have that many miles. I'm unable to take the Jeep to the dealer for a recall repair because then there would be a discrepancy in the mileage and ruin the CarFax history report. I've tried reaching out to Abel the maintenance manager and have left a couple messages with him and he won't call me back. I then sent an email to Todd Mohr and he won't respond either. I personally think there might be some inside job where someone is boosting sales numbers. Who knows, I'd like a contact back though.
