| - I'm not a big country fan, but I do love BBQ. Gilley's does both right, so it's likely the best country/bbq experience you will have while in Vegas.
We came for lunch around 11:30 and it was not too busy, but it did get busy after about 12:15. We got a big helping of great service and tasty food. I had the pulled pork sandwich, which was plenty big, and really good (B+/A-). It also came with an abundance of fries, the long skinny variety, and they were equally tasty.
Gilley's is located right on the strip, and is attached to the Treasure Island Hotel.
I did not get a chance to enjoy the bar area, but it looks fun, including a mechanical bull. Sitting in the restaurant area, they have plenty of televisions if you are needing to watch a sports event. Gilley's has a fun decor, and the servers are all attractive young cowgirls, YEEHAW!
