  • Where do I even start.... I bought my first visit as a Groupon and got suckered into a "contract". Well figured out very quickly that I wasn't going to use this and even waited the mandatory 5 months per contract (and I'm going to say "per contract" a lot as that is what is ALWAYS thrown out when I try to talk to these people). So fast forward a year and multiple attempts to cancel and I'm still paying for this thing. So called again today, explained that I no longer lived in the area and how can I finally cancel. I spoke to Brittany who I was told is a manger and was then told that I would have to come in "we don't email or fax because it get's too messy" and pay for 2 additional months "per contract". I then asked if there was anything we could work out since I paid them for an entire year and never used their services and she would not budge stating the famous "per contract". I asked for a person higher up than her and she gave me the corporate number. And guess what???? You can't speak to anyone live on this number unless you want to buy a franchise!!! Any customer service inquiries are either an email or go back to the local store and deal with it???? So I call Brittney back and get another "per contract" discussion but all of a sudden if I provide proof that I moved we can cancel the contract with only a 30 day penalty. Wait what???? Didn't we just talk 15 mins ago? Welp, I emailed a copy of my drivers license (with the number blocked since who knows what these people would try to get from me now) and Brittany said she would review it sometime "tomorrow afternoon because I'm leaving in a few minutes". I left a message with the black-hole customer service dept at corporate - who knows if they are ever going to get back to me. Buyer beware!!!! This is like a pyramid scheme to get you to continuously pay for services without a way out. Don't be a sucker and get scammed like me :(
