  • Very disappointing! Last night I ordered a hamburger medium-well. I can't do under cooked hamburger meat. When I got it the inside was completely raw. So, I asked the waitress to please have the cook/chef cook it to my requested specification. She took it back and said that she would have the burger remade. I got it 35 minutes later and it was the same burger that I had the first time and it was cooked more, but someone added so much pepper to the burger that I choked when I bit into it. Will never return to this B.J.'S!
