  • Been going to her on regular basis. She has such a sweet and calm demeanor (which I need for getting waxing services) even when I'm running late...she is still really nice, never condescending or treats me any differently which I'm grateful for! Now I'm not encouraging anyone to be late to appointments or that it's ok because I try to tip more because of it lol! I don't like being late! I've had her wax several places now and I'm completely happy. I think it's so important to update reviews to keep up with consistency. She has been consistent with her service. She is such a perfectionist which I appreciate! My daughter was begging me to let her get her legs waxed and I trusted Jess to. It went smoothly, painlessly and my daughter is even excited to go back. Eventually I would like to get a lash lift service!
