I had an unprofessional and unhelpful visit at Hendrick Acura last week, and we've been customers for 10 years. It was upsetting to know that the sales staff, specifically Scott Marks, would rather make a sale than listen to our questions and needs. I had questions about the pricing model for our upcoming car and Scott, came over to address the requests. Rather than working with our budget, Scott told us we could accept the pricing or "leave." This obviously didn't sit well with us. It ended up being a terrible experience and I was just appalled at the remark just because we asked for more pricing options. We can't come back as customers at this particular dealership, or refer our friends anymore, after today's conversation. Although we are longtime Acura drivers, I do not recommend this Acura dealership in Charlotte.
