This is my go-to place if I ever need a hot dog fix. I haven't tried the burgers, but the dogs are inexpensive, cooked over hardwood charcoal, and just plain delicious.
I think they could improve the buns that they use. I live very, very close by, but I don't come as often because the buns just don't do it for me. Growing up around Chicago, I've become very partial to the type of buns they use at Portillo's or at Hot Doug's.
Plenty of patio tables and lots of seating inside. This place is good for groups, a pair, or just by yourself but I wouldn't really call it a date spot.
