  • I've been coming to Zipps for the past several years once or twice a month. I ordered a Watermellon Zipparitas today when normally I only drink beer. It was horrible. They wouldn't change it to something else and wouldn't take it off my bill. Anne the manager said their policy was if you order it and don't like too bad. Horrible customer service never coming back. Buffalo Wild Wings here I come because they appreciate and like their customers.
