  • My birthday was coming up and, after a few years of colouring at home, needed my hair brought back to life and a fresh new colour. I called and had the most delightful conversation with Jennifer in which she took the time to walk me through what I could expect for my appointment, which she was able to get for me on extremely short notice. When I came in for my appointment I received the warmest welcome, was offered refreshments (water, tea, coffee, wine) and waited only a couple minutes before my stylist, Xiao, came to greet me. I showed her pictures of what I wanted. What I wanted wasn't doable because of the state of my hair and the upkeep it would require, but she made fantastic recommendations to get me something close. As she styled, she took them time to find out more about my schedule, care routine n hair history, offering advice and tips to ensure I could keep my new colour looking great. I thought it would be an all day affair and was prepared to settle in but in just a couple short hours she had finished and the big reveal couldn't have been more amazing! It was better than any of the pictures I had and my hair felt completely revitalized. I've gotten endless compliments since then and love my new colour. I'm so happy to have found Flaunt!
