  • I bought my 2013 GS350 here a couple of years ago and have been dutifully bringing it in for service. There were a few hiccups at the beginning that aren't worth mentioning now. I used to be fairly upset but the GM, Todd Cadle, went above and beyond after receiving my feedback. He made sure the problems were addressed and explained to me how some of the mistakes were made. Everyone is going to mess up at some point and a luxury dealership isn't immune from that. It's how they respond to situations that show their true character and whether or not I'll come back. The service team is nice to me even when I'm only popping in for a car wash. They've always had a loaner ready for me and even respect my preferences of not getting a (now last gen) RX loaner. I've even gotten a loaner for an oil change because it was going to take longer than expected. I don't like to waste time at a dealership when I could be getting errands done and freeing up the rest of my weekend and Lexus of Madison has always been kind enough to help me out. They also vacuum the interior after a car wash, which I found out from another luxury dealership isn't a given. Right now I'm due for some new tires and I have the set I want picked out. I emailed Dan Pape in service for pricing and he advised me to wait a week so a promotion for $100 off a set would be available. That's really nice of him to mention. It's the small stuff that sets them apart from the rest.
