  • My experience was with Bill Fitzpatrick. He is absolutely unprofessional and discourteous. I went to see an apartment he manages and he promised me that I had the apartment and then gave it to another person. When I contacted him because I hadn't heard back about deposits or fees, he told me that he lost my email in his inbox and that he HAD NOT leased the apartment yet, which I was glad about. I told him I would still like to take it and for him to call me as soon as he could. No only did he not answer when I called him, he never called me and sent an email that only said "Sorry it's gone". I will never deal with anyone who has Bill Fitzpatrick from Las Vegas managing their property again.
