  • I'm a customer for life. My family has been sleeping on latex since 2007 and we're so grateful for Ken's company in Phoenix. Latex mattresses are worth buying, especially from here: Unbelievable product, great value, helpful owners, excellent customer service. Worth driving up there from Tucson. I've recommended them to all of my family and friends too. Very practical mattress system: My husband prefers extra soft, and I prefer medium-soft. After sitting and laying on different softness levels, we customized our King-sized mattress using Twin-sized foam cores at different softness. They assembled the layers as we requested and zipped everything up in one king mattress cover. We're so thrilled and thankful to jump into such a comfortable bed that we can count on for a good night's rest. Thank you! (We bought over a year ago and apologize for writing such a late review) Low overhead: The showroom itself is essentially a warehouse with a small office that has 3-4 different beds on display. The product is itself is pure latex, so you're actually just laying on different combinations to determine how soft or firm you want it. The owner spoke with us for a long time and processed our transaction himself. To me they appear to be a very practical company that sells extremely practical products. Very positive customer experience: I'm all about getting the highest value possible and am overly happy with my purchase. Both he and his wife are very personable and professional. They can also cut the foam to whatever size you need, for whatever reason (they cut a topper to 5' for us and gave us the remaining piece upon delivery). Thank you all for helping us sleep well.
