  • Worst rental experience ever. We were visiting from the US and had booked the rental for 3 days.At the counter the agent first asked for proof of insurance.We showed him our insurance card as proof. He said he wants actual proof which shows the deductibles.I shows him the policy wording with all the coverages.He then says that your property insurance limits are only 25k and that Ontario requires limits of 250K.I asked him what does this have anything to do with the rental as property damage is my liability and that as long as I had collision and comprehensive his car would be covered.He then said that u guys are from the Usa and what If u damage the car and not open a claim.At this point we realized he is just a SCUM bag and was doing all this so that we can buy his insurance which was around 200 CAD.Please don't ever go to this company as they are cheats and very very rude.
