  • We brought a couple of the butterscotch tarts home to my mom - who gave them the absolute greatest compliment by saying they brought her back to my grandmother's caramel tarts. She started by cutting one in half - then ate the other half and the last one in the plate too. My grandmother was a renowned baker particularly well-known for her pies - so this was quite a compliment and such a nice memory for my mom and I. Keep it up!
