As always, my wife and I are always looking for new places to eat. We wanted to eat breakfast and decided on one place. We soon realized that we needed to start out our shopping on the other side of town so we did another search for breakfast and found this place. What a great find. We were seated right away and our server came to us within just a few minutes. I must say that their coffee was awesome. It didn't taste like that chain restaurant coffee that everyone is use to. The inside is very eclectic. A lot of different things going on but very cool. The one thing that I thought was so cool and that I love, is the open kitchen. I don't know why but I really like to watch people in a kitchen cook. The bar had those old time stools that reminded me of the stools in my science class in high school. My wife had something called....well I can't pronounce it and sure as hell cant remember how to spell it so let me describe it. It was a thick piece of Levain bread with ham, cheese and an egg. Very simple and very delicious. I did the BYO omelet (chorizo, turkey, gruyere, spinach and jalapenos were my choices) and it was delicious. This is a spot that we will definitely try to come back to. See you guys next time.
