  • I wish I'd never heard of this company. Got all kinds of promises when I asked about rates and services. I was told that satisfaction was 100% guaranteed, including installation charges. First bill came and there were several undisclosed charges that doubled the rates they promise to get you onboard. So when I called to cancel, and asked for credit for two weeks worth of charges, was given a canned spiel about how the first tech was ill-informed and shouldn't have made promises about credit for dissatisfaction. They're apparently so used to this that they have a canned spiel that refers you to a printed order that forms the "real" agreement. Of course that agreement is full of exceptions and exclusions and all sorts of fine print that means you owe them big bucks. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Go with any of their competitors. At least they don't have hidden policies to fleece their customers.
