The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. He continued to answer all questions that we had regarding interest of how they started and who puts together all the puzzles. We were up front with him for 15 minutes before we began and he was very sociable.
During the puzzle the room was very warm in comparison to other escape the rooms that I have done in the past.
Luckily we were able to make it out of the room with four minutes and 43 seconds left. It's nice that the puzzle founders are helping with clues when you get stock before you even think about raising your hands unanimously to get a hint. It's always fun and sometimes can get heated.
Unlike other escape the rooms this particular room that we did had many boxes that needed to be opened which was nice. Some of the hands were coming off of the wall that you needed to use the black light for so I think they need to redo the rooms so tighten up some of the confusing hints. For instance... One of the jars on the bookshelf was loose and not mounted like the others that should have remained on the shelf.
Overall it was a great experience and I would love to visit again! It's an affordable alternative to escape the room! It was a bit hard to find while driving and we almost past it walking but as long as you look above the doors you're good. It's up a TON of stairs, but they do have a stair lift that someone in our party used and it was uber slow! Again, overall
