  • Budget needs to plan better when there are special events in town. Like having way more employees at the counters. 2 hours waiting for a rental car when there is so many other options is ridiculous. I had no choice as I am traveling on the governments dime. So I was stuck with Budget but I was sorely temped to just walk away and take a Lyft from the airport to my hotel on my own dime. Two hours of my life I can't get back.
