  • I hate when a restaurant screws up an order, one of our guest asked for her grouper without sauce. She was kind but emphatic to the server...no sauce. Of course her meal came out covered in sauce. Now this causes a dilemma for everyone. Whether to eat their meal while it's hot or wait for the guest dish to be remade. No matter what happens it ruined the evening for everyone. The food was outstanding and I would have given a five star review except for inexcusable mishap. They didn't even offer to comp her meal. This was a major faux pas for the restaurant in how it was handled. When you spend this kind of money for an entree you expect better service. There are numerous places to dine in Scottsdale...won't be back.
