  • Tried to use a Groupon for a couples massage, before I could even schedule it, the woman that answered the phone (said she was the owner) told me that it would be 20% for gratuity for the value of the service. I asked what the value was and she she initially said $150 and that it was part of the Groupon. I pulled up the Groupon and told her it was not part of it, I even took screen shots to send to her so she could see and she argued with me about it. Then she told me the actual value of the service was $276, over $100 from what she initially told me it was! I called her on it and she seemed flustered. I let her know I would not use her services and to just forget it. I know I will not be going to this place ever, it is extremely unprofessional. I would have tipped really well, had she not lied to me about the MANDATORY tip. Her loss!
