  • Overall: It's an okay car wash if you're getting gas and a wash. The discounts for a wash when getting gas are actually pretty decent AND let you avoid the used car salesmen at the front. The good: The free vacuums are powerful and have the air sprayer. The gas prices are pretty good when you buy a wash at the pump as well. The decent: The wash itself could likely be much more thorough if they didn't try to push customers through as fast as possible. I travel a lot and the two seconds of bug spray my car gets isn't enough. The conviene store portion doesn't have a ton of selection (even for a gas station). The bad: The salesmen at the wash purchase area. I know every business has to make a money and they probably have a quota, but ever for having a quota I thought I was at a car dealership. There were three workers waiting at the purchase area when I pulled up, and while I can deal with pushy (for those who can't, I'd steer clear), what I can't deal with is unethical. I didn't sign up for the wash that he tried to push, but I got the wash I always do that comes with a 5 day guarantee incase it rains within the next couple days. When I gave him my card he said he wasn't allowed to touch it (strange, the rest of the washes in The Valley do), but here's the best part: Since I never said I'd been there before I assume he thought I didn't know about he 5 day guarantee. When my receipt prints this guys rips off the portion with the bar code that honors that guarantee and hands me just the portion saying I paid. I asked him why if the 5 day guarantee no longer came with my wash or why he had removed it from my receipt. He got the deer in the headlights look, took a few seconds to respond and said "oh sorry, I thought that was something else". Uhhh, yeah, right. I'm not sure if he was trying to punish me for not signing up or trying to take that portion for himself or his friends (no accusations, just thoughts). Either way, that's enough for me to cross that place off my list. Also, most businesses in The Valley have someone at the end to push your mirrors back out if they were pushed in during the wash. I've always appreciated that. This place doesn't, because they're all up front trying to push sales. You have to make a very sharp right turn immediately after exiting the wash, can't stop because you're packed in like sardines, and there's a pillar to the right of you. That's just for exterior. I haven't tried an interior clean and likely won't.
