  • I brought a new pair of all saint suede oxfords to them and asked for some simple treading on the bottom. When I got back the heel was so much taller then the rest of the shoe that it wouldn't catch at all. When I went back the person there argued with me saying that's how all shoes are. Straight up I own probably 10 designer shoes and no they weren't like that. They eventually 'fixed' it but it was a shoty job on that too. Live and learn, but I assure you if you care about your designer stuff DO NOT take it here.
