  • Bellagio is actually my first Las Vegas Buffet experience and I was very happy and beyond full after my brunch experience. The buffet comes with free soft drinks/beverages so I loaded up on fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee and they are of surprisingly good quality. The brunch also has tons of king crab legs, roasted lamb, prime ribs and tons of desserts. It is about $36 a person so after tax and tip it comes out to just north of $40. To be fair, not everything here is top notch. They have excellent king crab legs as they are fresh and never seem to run out. The prime ribs are pretty good although I did not taste it myself. The roasted lamb has great flavor but is a little tough for my taste. I am more of a medium rare type of girl. I really enjoy their fresh custom made omelet. The things that are mediocre are their dim sum and sushi. There are not a lot of varieties. Dessert section is where I loaded up and found some of the cheese cakes and flan to be very delicious. The cookies and macarons are well made too as well as their bread pudding. There is also soft serve available if you have the stomach for it still after all the entree. Overall, it is a solid buffet with tons of fresh dishes to eat and desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth. I would love to try other ones to compare more.
