  • So after reading previous reviews about how awful the service can be, I was prepared to be underwhelmed by the wait staff. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was seated promptly and my waiter took my order within minutes of sitting down. My spring rolls arrived in less than 3 minutes. Halfway through the spring rolls, my pho arrived hot and awesome. Lots of sprouts, jalapeños, big slice of lemon, it's on like donkey kong. I was even provided a fork since my skill with chopsticks was presumed to be lacking. Well played Mr. Waiter, well played. The spring rolls with peanut sauce stole the show. I will definitely return. Pho So 1 would have gotten the 5 stars if I didn't have to pay at the register. Everybody's got their thing that bothers them. That just happens to be one of mine. Don't judge me.
