| - Stayed here for my birthday weekend (11/10-11/13, 2017), first off- they are renovating and i have no idea the pool was closed (you do have an option to use mgm or mandalay's), heavy lines on check-in, a classic restaurant by the lobby ($$ primrose). For the price i paid, it was not worth the money. I reserved the park mgm queen room.. it was on the 10th floor. (No coffee maker, no microwave, no refrigerator). It has small kone bottles of shampoo, lotion, body wash, 1 bar soap and 1 facial bar soap. The hallways are freaking scary and my nightmare did happen. There was no security at this place, anyone even non- guest can come up all the floors. So i was going back to my room around 9pm, I saw a guy just standing there and as soon as he saw me, started walking/following me, i started running and he did too, good thing there was an old couple who came out of their room and the guy immediately walk towards the other direction going down the elevator.. imagine the horror and how scared I was. I was so terrified to go out of my room.. its just not a good way to start my weekend bday celebration.
Old kine casino machines/slots.. it's just really dark in this hotel and for the security and paying $850-900 for 3 days..ugh, should have gone to venetian/caesars.. never again.
Staff wise--- lobby people are very nice, helpful.
