My only experience with Sonora Quest Laboratories is with the billing department.
I have never willingly been a patient at Sonora Quest. Apparently, after receiving an in-office rapid strep test at a Minute Clinic (which I paid the Minute Clinic for at the time of service), the sample was sent to Sonora Quest without my knowledge or consent. Sonora Quest performed additional tests on that sample without my permission and then billed me for the testing.
When I informed the billing department of this fact, my letter received no response for quite some time. Then they started sending more bills making phone calls, all without acknowledging that I had ever sent them a letter disputing the charges.
I paid the money that I don't owe just to make them leave me alone, but I am quite upset at this violation. I will never do business with Sonora Quest again, and I will never go to the Minute Clinic again because of their unethical practices.
