  • Madison's stab at a leather/bear/jeans bar. Could it be better? Yep, but they are doing the best they can with the space they have. The staff is always friendly and Jimmy the bartender is AWESOME! Woof's hosted a very nice block party over Pride and it was the first time in my few years living in Madison that I had attended the event. I was impressed. The event was well attended, the music was good, the crowd was handled nicely and the staff maintained their professionalism. I moved here from Denver and even I was impressed. I hope that in the future Woof's is able to catch on with more people. On a completely unrelated note, stay away from Plan B. You will want to carry Mace with you, have a police escort or just avoid it all together. It is a boring, heteronormative nightclub under the guise of a gay friendly club with a sketchy clientele and lots of yappy straight chicks who like to imagine they have gay, male friends.
