  • Almost 4 months later, I can finally say that my lack of interest for a return here, is due to service! I am completely sick of going into establishments that claim to provide beauty services, only to be assisted by unprofessional, unkept, and un-talented "artists"! This place only fed my frustrations! The nail artist I made an appointment with, couldn't replicate the cute but simple design she has plastered all over Facebook and social media outlets. To boot, I only wanted one nail per hand decorated, as a soft accent to a classic French manicure! Again, she was unable to replicate "her" art, so neither accent nail ended up looking the same. After she attempted to rush me to a finish, when a large group arrived, I demanded that she remove the so-called design and add a sparkle top-coat to accent my ring fingers instead! As a final form of disrespect, she didn't even want to honor the 20% off they are (still) offering on Yelp, until I showed her on my phone. What a disaster! This left me to believe that none of the art she so boastfully displayed, was actually hers. Instead, like so many of these pathetic nail salons, just another ploy to get customers in the door! This leads me to one final, nagging, question. Why are there no proper beauty accommodations/nail salons in the greater Cleveland & surrounding areas!?
