I must say, while this place may be a tad better well known and does offer a wider variety (NY pretzel, chocolate chip etc), it lacked something in comparison to the local competition. Perhaps this was because we visited on a busy Sunday morning so for that reason alone I may give it another go at a different time when in town again, but the staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful, they were out of some items we had wanted to try and the bagels weren't as hot and fresh and I had wished. By no means were they not good, just not "wow".
I did grab some bagel chips to bring back home to family and they were pretty great. The matzah was definitely a nice treat as I don't tend to eat it not during Passover. It was harder than I'm used to, but very tasty and filled with toppings. If you're in the mood for these items, this is of course your place. Bagels...I'm going to have to give them another try, but I wasn't blown away like I had been elsewhere.
