  • DO NOT GO HERE BY ANY MEANS! I took my husband in for a free consultation due to a chipped tooth. Once they took x-rays we talked to the dentist and he insisted my husband needed urgent dental work, which summed up to $4100. We believe we were really getting quality work and took the doctors recommendation's, after we started treatment, half way thought the treatment the dentist said it was necessary for my husband to get braces. Since they had an offer on braces that month we paid Risas Dental $2000 cash additional to the $4000 we had already paid for braces. Part of the dental treatment included a bridge. When me and my husband go in for the bridge placement appointment, the assistant gets to work and calls The dentist to approve the placement so it could be permanently cemented, not once did they show my husband or myself the bridge, I get up to walk out of the room and I noticed the bridge was obviously crooked. I question the assistant why it was that way, the dentist comes in and tells me HE decided to order it that way. I was furious keep in mind that we had already paid for braces and braces will not straighten out bridges. The dentist was very upset about having to send back the bridge to the lab. The bridge comes in and they never call me to say its in to make an appointment I have to call them myself a month later since I didn't hear from them. When it came time for my husband to get his braces we keep getting different opinions from the dentist and orthodontist at this office. When he is finally getting the top braces the assistance notices a bump on my husband gum, my husband feels no pain what so ever due to the bump. But they still decided to wait on placing his braces until his dentist takes a look at it. They schedule an appointment for 3 weeks later. We go to the appointment, now they are asking that my husband gets root canal. Seriously!! not only that but they decide to refer him out why because they claim to have "Price Quote Guarantee, any surprises we will fix it for free". Now we are stuck paying an additional $700-$1000 elsewhere, This people are out to scam people, if you want a real dentist that cares about the dental work you need done go elsewhere, I wish we would of had known better!!
