A great menu, many interesting options I would like to try. I had the pork collar and it was the most tender piece of meat I have had in recent memory. The sauce was slightly overreduced and a little salty, but almost in a good way if that makes sense. The presentation of the micro greens and puree was awesome!
My wife got the short ribs which were equally impressive, we would both definitely return.
Docked 1 star due to atmosphere, we were sat in the backroom that didn't quite match the elegance of the food. We felt like we were in a banquet hall leftover from the 80s. I'm sure it will be renovated in the future for a complete experience.
