It cost me $100 for them to tell me exactly what I told them. And I don't know anything about A/C. I said my car didn't need freon because I recently filled it and my A/C wasn't even coming on. I've been there in the past and received good service but not this time. After insisting the first step "is always evac'ing the line" to see how much is in there and if there are any leaks. I repeated that wasn't needed. Well after doing exactly that they came back and said that my car holds 1.2 and had 1 in it so they topped it off and it "wasn't engaging". Isn't that what I already said by telling them "it isn't even coming on"? Maybe they should rethink their "always..." process. If it's not necessary, think outside the box (or textbook). Even I could see it wasn't "engaging" Really?
