  • Laptop Xchange is pretty bad. I wish I read these reviews before I went there although I had them do some simple service things to my computer over a year ago. When I dropped it off, this man who claimed was the new manager talked about how they only had one technician available and that several technicians had walked off the job at this store and another one. I wonder why. He said it would take a few days before they could even get to it because their sole technician had to take a day off. It ended up taking almost 2 weeks for them to do a virus removal with them promising different dates in between of when they would have it finished. They also were going to fix a missing key and said it would take a few days to order it and that they would call me. So I called to ask about it and the guy that answered the phone said if we haven't called you meant that we're still waiting for it. I asked him to look into it and then he got back to me and said it wasn't in the system, but he was sure it was on order. I asked him how he could be so sure if it wasn't in the system. I told him that they were very unorganized to begin with and that I don't believe that it was ever ordered. I also told him I would never be back for them to service my computer.
