  • They're always really nice here, but I have to say that the attempt to turn this place into more of a restaurant (staff coming around to take orders, checking in) actually undermines the reason I come here (to be able to work without interruption). I'm also a little tired of people 'checking' to see if I want food when I'm at the cash - yes I'm very sure that I don't want food, otherwise I would have asked for it. I absolutely don't blame the employees for this, they're just following policy - but I'm not sure how to communicate this to management other than through this review: don't make this checking a policy. It's annoying and patronizing.
