  • I do like the products that are sold at pottery barn kids but this location doesn't deserve any praise because of the lack of customer service...every time I go into this store, nobody is willing to help and this past weekend, I went in looking for a particular item, and the lady behind the cash register made it a point to make me feel like I was doing her a disfavor by asking her questions about this product.. she was LITERALLY huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes.. people like this shouldn't work in customer service! the manager of this location needs to hire better customer service personnel
