  • Terrible service. This is he second time that I've gone into the store and both tones have been terrible experiences. The first time I asked to try on a pair shoes and literally sat there for 15 minutes while someone was trying to find them. They brought one pair out even though i asked for two different sizes. They went into the back and that's when they never came back with the pair of shoes that I wanted to try. So after waiting with not so much as a follow up, I just walked out. The next time I went in which was just now, I was looking around for shoes while the two store clerks in an entirely empty store stood at the cash and were gabbing like two hens waiting to lay an egg. I can't believe that they didn't even come over to say hello or acknowledge me. The only good thing is that they'll likely be out of business by next summer because I can't imagine I'm the only one getting horrible service. Stay away....they don't want your business it seems.
