  • Decent meal but nothing to write home about. That said, I cleaned my plate! It's a little too dark inside (even the server said he couldn't see our table!). Service is attentive and friendly though. We shared tempura shrimp (totally addictive though a little sweet for my taste) and I had black cod (nicely cooked, good flavor, sauce is a bit gloopy). My friends had Pad Thai which they said was a bit bland and the noodles were too heavy. Last time I was in Soba must have been 20 years ago and I'm sure I will be back. But not in a hurry.
