  • Actually -1. Do not rent here. Apt okay. Location okay. Common areas infrequently cleaned. Hallways are just dirty. Elevators are disgusting. Trash area is a filthy mess. Laundry room is usually trashed by residents. East Building. The elevators are the worst. You will spend more time than you can imagine, standing and waiting for the elevator to come. Generally that will be on the fourth floor because you are coming in from the garage or trying to do laundry. When you tour the building, take a look at how filthy the fourth floor is. Consider that you will spend a significant part of your day standing there, in the dirt, thinking "I live here." I read the reviews and thought it couldn't really be that bad. Oh, it is. Never have a package sent to you here. The mail room is completely dysfunctional.
