I would have rather given zero stars, but alas, yelp does not allow it. This review is purely from a customer service point of view since I was never able to play the course. I booked a tee time for two people about a month in advance at about 2 p.m. for a Thursday in March. My business partner and I were arriving from different cities in the morning of our tee time and would have plenty of time to make a meeting we had and then head out to the golf course. Well, my partners flight was delayed and then eventually cancelled and he would not be arriving in Las Vegas until almost 6 P.M. I called Tuscany at 8:20 in the morning to explain what happened and the person on the phone didn't even ask me any questions like "Would you like to reschedule?", he simply told me that he would charge my card for the two green fees and I should have a nice day. Look, I understand that they have a 24 hour cancellation notice, but I also run a business and I know that you have to look at each case with a little something called logic. I sent an email to the management of the Tuscany Golf Club and never received a response. The only thing I saw from them was the charge on my credit card the next day.
Funny thing is that my partner snagged a seat on an earlier plane and even though I already had "paid" for our round at Tuscany, we just fit in 18 at Bali Hai and then the next day at Royal Links and spent a ton on drinks and pro shop gear (I needed a new three wood).
Thanks Tuscany Golf Club!! Not.
