  • I really should have read this before trying to schedule a pick up. I called 3 weeks ago to schedule a pick up - Just a free standing coat rack, a bed frame and a few other misc items. I had to schedule 3 weeks out since it was the first avail time. My ETA pick up time was supposed to be from 9 am - noon. Noon came and went without any notification from salvation army. After calling them, they said the driver is out til 4 pm. 3:30 came by and still no call. I called back and they said that the driver has 6 more pickups to do. He probably won't be able to get to me today....maybe they can get to me in a few weeks. REALLY??? they are just the worst. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't be donating to them again.
