  • I live right around the corner from this Lowe's, can usually find whatever I need but if I can't, it takes about 20 minutes after hitting the button for somebody to come by and help me, And then usually that person has to call somebody else. Artie in the molding and trim area has helped me all over this store, even when I hit the help button somewhere else he usually shows up, hut he is not a 1 man army. I went in there today because I am building a raised garden bed for my backyard and I needed a bunch of lumber. Asked them to cut me some 4x4 pieces down to 11 and three quarters of an inch, they then informed me that they cannot cut 4x4s.. it took me an extra 15 minutes to get to Home Depot, where they can actually cut Lumber. Thank You Home Depot for having the proper equipment to help your customers. Will not be back to Lowe's.
