  • Don't waste your time here. The staff doesn't know what they are doing. I called and asked to be transferred to the buffet restaurant. James, the operator, said he can give me the information I need. So I asked about the prices for the buffet. He said its $15.99 for lunch. He did not tell me when the cut off was. We arrived in line at 2:35 and waited until it was finally our turn to pay. As we approach the lady, she says it's $80 for 2. I tried explaining to the lady that it was quoted $15.99 per person. She called the manager. The manager didn't care. I explained to her who I had spoken with and what he had told me. She said she would explain it to James. I told her that that doesn't solve my problem at this moment. She did not provide any type of customer service. Very unprofessional. The error was from their side. AND since when does dinner start at 2:30?? It's BS. I was very disappointed in their customer service! Especially from the manager. Don't waste your time. So many great restaurants in Vegas. Not worth stopping here!
