  • Tucked away in Roncy this bar is worth the hike. Butcher bar has a huge selection of Hooch and whiskeys. The bartender was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain the process of how many liquors are made. Cocktails list is definitely interesting and different. I really liked their Sake sour. The food here was a la par with their sister restaurant Barque. The Chorizo ribs were amazing and so was the Venison tartare. Cool spot for a couple of Sunday drinks.
