Your typical, yet atypical realtor. Bought our first house with decently large regret. Once the final wire was made, we dropped to considerably low priority. I asked multiple times about transferring utilities and doing the walk thru only to be met with vague responses such as "We'll go over it" or "I'll let you know" without any clarity or concrete deadlines AND without ever letting us know! This is now leading to very irritating frustration as we have been working very hard to stay on top of things when our realtor assured us all we had to do was sit back, relax and pick our drapes.
He admitted that the rentback addendum was one of the worst his attorney had ever seen. Further every week there was a new existential crisis with the house from a manufactured state of fear that we "might lose it because it's a sellers' market."
Moreover, when we were shopping for loans he kept throwing around the statistic that ~70% of Quicken loans don't close or don't close on time (manufacturing fear) and when I asked for research or articles or anything to back that number up, he said he wish he could but most of it was anecdotal. A person with a PhD in social sciences said a number was anecdotal.
