  • If you plan on staying here the hotel is not updated. They state it is but it isn't. has dirty hall ways. Rooms have dirty carpet make sure if you come bring shoes to wear at all times . Yuck. You can not even view your bill or check out on the TV. We come 4 times at least to Vegas and thought we would give them a try since 2 years ago we stayed her at it was terrible. The pool is a joke if you want a good seat you had better get here when the open 8 as people come and put towels down all over and leave. When you address the attendant she stated thats how it's done but we go and remove the towels ever hour. WRONG. I was there 3 1/2 hours and they never came around. So many chairs with towels but No Customer. Made it difficult for people to sit. My last important suggestion if you are dumb enough to stay here. Do not give them your credit/debit card to pay After being charged to my account of over 1,000 for a 390.00 bill which I went down and paid cash for and had to have the manger reverse the charges which is still holding my funds they say computer error on Monte Carlo system. Next day same thing again they took and are holding funds for 257.00. Manager said O my the computer did it again after talking to my bank they will not release my funds Back in for 2 days So with that said you better have plenty of cash .. I just retired from a casino and now I know what 5 diamonds means with triple A. This hotel will not get my business and I will continue to tell everyone about our experiences I will be posting this on trip advisor. Don't stay here.
